Pilates is truly my passion. I've been practicing Pilates and strength training for over 8 years and became a certified Pilates instructor in 2025. At WBP, I personally teach all WBP classes, sessions, and packages. While multiple independent instructors share the studio space, they operate their own businesses independently. I specialize in small group instruction (big groups upon request) and private sessions, where I can provide individualized attention and thoughtful movement guidance. My ability to read the body and recognize movement patterns has made me especially well-suited for private training, helping clients build strength, confidence, awareness, and longevity through Pilates. Whether you're brand new or not come check it out!
