Prana Fitness GT is Casper’s group functional training gym. PranaGT classes are programmed to improve our members strength, cardio conditioning, balance, coordination, mobility and well being. Age range is 19-70. PranaGT’s unique programming is challenging for young people but easy on joints for the older folks. Also, all exercises are easily modified to work around health, mobility, strength, balance, or coordination issues. Multiple classes throughout the day starting at 5am and the last at 5:30pm make it easy to fit a PranaGT class into your busy schedule.

FIt24 is a 24 hr accessible gym in Casper Wyoming. Fit24 is located on Casper's west side near the west side Walmart. Fit24 provides weight lifting equipment, cardio equipment, and 24 hour tanning. Personal training and group classes are also available at this location. Fit24 is staffed with certified trainers that are always ready to serve the member's needs.

We are a women’s only health and fitness facility. We offer a variety of classes during multiple times of the day. We offer nutrition coaching, pre and post natal classes, high-intensity interval, endurance, strength, and cardio classes. We also offer other specialty classes such as our couples class.
