Evaluations are offered across the lifespan, beginning at five years of age, open to residents of Wyoming, in-person, or through the Wyoming TeleHealth Network. What you need to know... The goal of our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners is to help you focus on your overall well-being, which innately begins with your mental health. Our clinicians, Dr. Michelle "Shellie" Hipsak DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC and Dr. Victoria Hall DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, each hold a Doctorate in Nursing Practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, both graduating from the University of Wyoming in 2018.
