Dr. Trevor Gessel is a fellowship-trained sports medicine physiatrist at Casper Orthopedics. He specializes in providing nonoperative and minimally invasive orthopedic sports medicine care for a variety of musculoskeletal and peripheral neurological disorders. Dr. Gessel has undergone additional training in interventional procedures of the lumbar spine and in using EMG and ultrasound to diagnose disorders. He is an expert in concussion management and in performing radiofrequency ablations, blocks, extracorporeal shockwave therapy, and a variety of injections, including peripheral joint steroid injections.
