The Putzier Real Estate Team

From 2013 to 2023, I owned, grew, and sold a retail business, which showed me that successful transactions are built on understanding people, not just listings. That experience led me into commercial and residential real estate, where I take a proactive, relationship-driven approach to every deal. With a background in community psychology and business operations, I help clients clarify their goals and move forward with confidence—always focused on the right fit, not just the sale.

Specializing in residential and commercial real estate, investment properties, property management, land, and rural properties throughout Casper and surrounding communities. With nearly a decade of experience, I help buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and property owners make informed decisions with clear communication, local expertise, and strong representation, not high-pressure sales. I’m a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation held by fewer than 4% of REALTORS®, C2EX-endorsed, and Ninja Selling-trained. I’ve served on the Casper Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors and Education Committee and was recognized as a Wyoming Woman of Influence in Real Estate. I’m known for being responsive, solution-focused.
