Casper has another opportunity for live music tonight as Small Favors comes to CitiWerks Cafe & Bistro for a performance presented by ARTCORE.

Small Favors brings together Chris Daniels, Mark Oblinger and Linda Lawson, three musicians with extensive backgrounds in music and performance.

Daniels is a Colorado Music Hall of Fame member. Oblinger is a Grammy nominee and former member of Pure Prairie League and Firefall, while Lawson is a veteran vocalist and co-writer.

The trio's music draws from the individual work of its members, including material associated with Daniels' Better Days album and the Magic Music catalog, as well as Oblinger's High Water Line and The River releases. Their set also includes selected songs from influential American songwriters such as Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan.

The evening will begin with a performance by the Cory McDaniel Duo, giving the concert a local connection before Small Favors takes the stage.

The show will be held at CitiWerks Cafe & Bistro at 162 S. Wolcott St. Attendees will also have access to a special bistro food and drink menu created for ARTCORE guests.

The concert begins at 7:30 PM tonight, Monday, August 24. Admission is ticketed.
