Community Tailgate Unites Casper in Support of Veterans

CASPER, Wyo. — Football, food, and Wyoming pride will come together on Saturday, November 15, 2025, as Honoring 307 Heroes hosts its annual “Tailgate for a Cause” at the Best Western Downtown Hotel in Casper.

The fundraiser coincides with the University of Wyoming vs. Fresno State football game and benefits the group’s partnership with Wreaths Across America, an effort to place a wreath on every veteran’s grave in Natrona County.

Founded by local volunteers, Honoring 307 Heroes (H307H) is a nonprofit dedicated to the mission:

“Remember the Fallen, Honor those who have served and their families, and Teach the value of freedom.”

Event Details

 

The Tailgate for a Cause aims to blend the excitement of Cowboy football with the spirit of community giving.
Guests can take part in several ways:

• 🪖 Sponsor a Veterans Table

• 💵 Make a direct contribution

Funds raised will go directly toward purchasing wreaths and supporting volunteer coordination for the upcoming December ceremonies.

Wreath-Laying Ceremonies Set for December 13

Residents will once again gather to honor local service members during a series of public wreath-laying ceremonies on

 Saturday, December 13, 2025.

 

 

Each ceremony invites community members to take part in placing wreaths, sharing stories, and ensuring every veteran’s sacrifice is remembered.
