Casper's Eat, Drink & Be Caring Returns March 12

17th annual fundraiser supports 35 local nonprofits through restaurant partnerships

Casper, Wyoming — Casper residents can support local nonprofits simply by dining out this Wednesday.

United Way of Natrona County is hosting its 17th annual "Eat, Drink & Be Caring" community fundraiser on March 12, partnering with restaurants and businesses across the area to raise money for dozens of local programs.

Participating restaurants will donate 10% of their sales throughout the day to help support 35 nonprofits serving Natrona County.

The event has become a community tradition, highlighting the strong partnership between local businesses and organizations that provide resources for residents in need.

How It Works

Residents simply visit any participating restaurant or business on March 12, enjoy a meal, and know that a portion of their purchase will support local programs.

Funds raised will support United Way's 2026 Annual Campaign, which provides financial support and resources to nonprofits across the county.

Through those partnerships, United Way helps connect residents with services ranging from food assistance and youth programs to housing support and other essential community resources.

Community Impact

Organizers say the event recognizes the generosity of local business owners who continue to step up each year.

"The goal is simple: bring people together, support local businesses, and help strengthen programs that serve Natrona County residents year-round," organizers said.

The fundraiser provides critical support for organizations working across multiple sectors, from emergency services to education and community development.

Community leaders emphasize that the event showcases Casper's spirit of giving and the ongoing commitment of local businesses to support their neighbors.
