CASPER, WY — The Casper Mountain Makers Market is officially bringing holiday cheer to Highland Park once again with its highly anticipated 2025 Holiday Market, “Hello Christmas!” — a one-day event celebrating the best of Casper’s creative community.

 

Set for Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., this year’s market will fill the entire Highland Park building with handmade crafts, home-baked treats, and locally crafted gifts. Every booth will be indoors, giving shoppers a cozy space to explore while enjoying ample parking just steps away.

 

A Celebration of Local Creativity

 

Organizers are focusing this year’s show entirely on “makers and bakers” — the artisans, crafters, and culinary creators who make Casper’s local markets such a hit. Boutique resellers and MLM vendors will sit this one out, keeping the spotlight on original, handcrafted work.

 

“Our goal is to give every creative maker and baker a fair chance to shine,” organizers said. “We do our best to avoid duplicate products and keep the competition healthy — but with a show this big, it’s bound to be an incredible variety.”

 

Vendor Opportunities

 

Applications are now open for local creators eager to take part. The market will feature 57 indoor vendor spaces, varying in size to accommodate different needs. One space from previous years (Room 1320) has been retired to improve the overall layout.

 

Setup will take place Saturday morning starting at 7 a.m., with no Friday access available — something applicants should plan for before applying.

 

Application Details & Deadlines

 

Vendor applications will remain open through October 1, though organizers expect spaces to fill long before that. Applicants will be reviewed by committee to ensure a balanced mix of products and creativity.

 

Approved vendors will receive an invoice via Square within two weeks of acceptance. Payment secures a booth reservation, and vendors have one week to complete their payment before their space is released to someone on the waitlist.
